Shipping & Delivery
At AvediPro, we are committed to delivering professional equipment efficiently, securely, and with minimal disruption to your business operations. As a UK-based supplier working with multiple specialist manufacturers and distribution partners, delivery arrangements may vary depending on the products ordered.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery throughout:
- Mainland United Kingdom
- Selected European destinations
For deliveries outside mainland UK or to certain European regions, additional delivery charges or extended lead times may apply. If any additional charges are required, we will contact you prior to dispatch.
Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times for most products are:
2–5 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:
- Supplier stock availability
- Manufacturer lead times
- Freight carrier schedules
- Delivery location
While we aim to dispatch all orders promptly, delays outside of our control may occasionally occur.
Multiple Shipments
As we work with multiple suppliers and fulfilment partners, products ordered together may arrive in separate deliveries and at different times.
You may receive:
- Multiple tracking updates
- Separate delivery vehicles
- Different delivery dates for individual items
This allows us to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery possible.
Delivery Method
Due to the size and nature of many of our products, deliveries are generally made via:
Kerbside Delivery Only
This means:
- Delivery will be made to the nearest accessible point outside the delivery address
- Drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside premises
- Customers are responsible for ensuring suitable access and adequate assistance for unloading where required
Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.
Installation
AvediPro does not currently provide installation services unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to purchase.
Customers are responsible for:
- Installation
- Positioning
- Electrical or plumbing connections
- Compliance with local regulations and safety requirements
We strongly recommend using qualified professionals where appropriate.
Damaged or Missing Items
All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival.
If any item arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, you must notify us within:
24 hours of delivery
Please send:
- Your order number
- Photographs of the damage
- Photographs of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Claims reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution through our suppliers or freight partners.
Returns
We accept returns within:
30 days of delivery
To be eligible for return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Products must be in resalable condition
- Customers must arrange and cover return shipping costs
Once the returned item has been inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method.
No Restocking Fees
AvediPro does not charge restocking fees on eligible approved returns.
Please note:
- Special-order or bespoke items may be non-returnable
- Returned items damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be refused
